In the moment!
It was a time when stress came under the skin, it pretty much took all the moments away and everything was done in a rush. But then, went back to basic, started to take yoga classes, did music meditation, took a deep breath in every moment and tried to stay in the moment. Its so easy to let all the thoughts take up the headspace instead of just enjoying the bath, the dinner or a run.
Just wanted to share these thoughts with a delicious coffee pic which was enjoyed yesterday with loved ones and also send out a reminder, do things that you love, with the ones you love and stay in that moment. AND forget the phone home every now and then 😉
