The year in London was pretty amazing but it took me a while to discover the best parts and the hidden places for a new visitor. Of course I read some of the guide books but always ended up at too crowded places but at least I saw them and I really liked some of the suggested places. In this post, Im sharing everything from shopping I liked, bars, nightclubs, private member clubs, food places coffee places and just nice views. I hope you will enjoy and might find some inspiration too 😉
(You will find more information under each photograph 🙂 )
I love the view from Madison and their desserts!
A coffee place I really liked to work/blog at was Look mum no hands!
Breakfast Club will always be a big favorite of mine, especially their pancakes!
Byron in Hoxton which did the best burgers and milkshake especially the oreo one!
Somerset House was always awesome to visit, especially during the fashion week!
At Armani showroom, the high street kensington area was cozy at the same time a bit posh, I really liked it!
My lunch breaks were at this place, lovely avocado and chicken sandwich!
Brick Lane, it was crowded but worth a visit especially for the crepes and you could do a lot of catch at the market every now and then!
I met a lot of creative people with positive energy, especially in East London, I loved that!
Old Street Station was a nice area, used to take my sunday walks in that area, you can find shops, coffee places, beauty salongs and really good food and bar places!
Covent Garden shopping is the best during early hours in the beginning of the weeks!
…..like sushi samba (I think my friend recommended the place) it`s an awesome place especially the view, I would recommend to go to the place during early hours, later can be a bit crowded!
Taking the subway outside the city is really nice, a lot of interesting and beautiful places, I also felt safe and it went pretty fast, much better than NYC!
There is a lot of great places but I have to say that Hoxton Hotel is really one of my favorites if you want to go for a drink and have a fun but relaxed night out! The club I really like is Project and the private member club is Annabel. The area to find nice private parties at is Chelsea. I think the images I have from the clubs and parties is not for the blog but I promise that it was a lot of fun 😉
Much Love, Julia Linn
